The rug should be at least 27 inches wider than the dining table and also 27 inches longer if you have chairs at the head, and if the table is extendible, then you should calculate the length when it is fully extended.

Our rugs are stored rolled up, so it may take a while until they lie completely flat. To speed up the process, unroll the rug with the pile facing outwards a few times. For easy cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and regular vacuuming without a beater bar/rotating brush, as dust and dirt can simply be vacuumed out, and stains can be made to disappear with a little vinegar.
